What to expect
Clients may have different websites, markets and goals. Keep the discussion tied to the right site and explain which findings matter to its next phase.
Use Phii and the available evidence to explain the work, discuss options and answer client questions. A clear recommendation helps the client understand why you are suggesting a particular service.
White-label settings let an agency shape its client-facing identity, including the assistant name. Clients should know which agency looks after them and whom to ask about their agreement.
Clarify who can request work, who approves it and who pays. Discuss the services included in your client agreement separately from any additional product or task.
Before you start
Clients can use the tools and assistant available to their account. Access and paid actions follow the permissions and product rules in the app.
White-label agencies can keep Phii or choose their own assistant name through the available settings.
Check the current options in your account before promising an allowance. Do not describe a product as included unless your client agreement and account setup support it.
