Set up the business context
Describe the offer, ideal customer, service area, important pages and goal. Add genuine constraints such as capacity, budget or seasonal availability. Ask Phii to identify missing facts before using them in a recommendation or draft.
Research the market and customer questions, then compare them with the pages you already have. Save useful keywords and plan a main article with supporting content when the topic needs it. Keep the reason for each page clear.
Write down the problem, the supporting evidence, the proposed deliverable and who owns the next step. Review any price before ordering. Keep draft review and publication separate so everyone understands what has actually happened.
Check whether the agreed work was delivered and whether the intended page is live. Review comparable search or enquiry data where available. Keep possible explanations separate from conclusions the evidence can support.
Describe the business, the website, the people you want to reach and the result you need. Add the relevant finding or page so the advice has a clear starting point.
How much can my assistant do?
Phii and connected MCP assistants can investigate your website data and help move research and content forward. For paid MCP research, an owner or admin sets the connection’s daily credit limit. Keep content acceptance and publication in the relevant review process.
Can my agency use its own process?
Yes. Agree responsibilities and deliverables with your agency, then use the research, content and website tools to support that process.
