What you can learn. What you can do.
01
Read the answer behind the score
The visibility score summarises how often the business was named in the answers included in the audit. Open the individual questions to inspect what each responding engine said. The available detail can include whether you were named, position, tone, other businesses mentioned and the answer text. That evidence is more informative than a percentage viewed on its own.
02
Find the questions where the story changes
Your business may appear for one service or location and be absent for another. Review those differences against what you actually offer. Look at the sources quoted and whether the answer describes the business accurately. A missing mention can suggest something to investigate, while an inaccurate mention may show where your public information needs attention.
03
Compare like with like over time
The history helps you review earlier audits and whether they can be compared. Changes to the questions, platforms or answers returned can alter the meaning of a score. Keep that context visible before calling a movement an improvement. Use the evidence to select a practical action, then review a later comparable check without assuming any change came from one task alone.
From understanding to action.
01
Confirm the business context
Use the right website, brand details, services and markets. Make sure the tracked questions represent customers you want to reach.
02
Review a completed audit
Check which questions and platforms returned answers. Keep the audit date and coverage in view.
03
Inspect individual mentions
Read the answer, other businesses named and any available source information. Separate the facts from assumptions about why they appeared.
04
Choose and revisit an improvement
Improve relevant business information or pages, then compare suitable later evidence. Commission implementation only after reviewing its scope.
A few things you might ask.
Is the visibility score my share of the whole AI market?
No. It describes the responses included in the particular audit. It does not measure every question, every user or all AI activity.
Is brand strength the same number as visibility?
No. The app distinguishes its brand-strength assessment from the visibility score. Read the label and supporting evidence rather than treating them as interchangeable measures.
Why might one engine mention us and another not?
Different platforms and questions can produce different answers. Inspect the returned evidence and source context. The report cannot reveal a platform’s private decision process.
Can Geophii guarantee a recommendation?
No. The work can improve the information available about your business, but AI platforms decide their own answers. Audit evidence should support decisions rather than become a guarantee.
