The price depends on the pack available to your account. The credit-pack screen shows the amount you pay and the credits you receive together. Your chosen tool or service then shows how many credits it uses.
A content draft and putting a page live are separate steps. Check the selected service’s scope: it should say whether you are buying writing, implementation, publication or a package that includes them.
